TAQADAM Showcase 2025

February 8th, Riyadh

Every Hero Deserves a Stage

At TAQADAM, we see founders as true heroes—bold visionaries shaping the future. They are problem-solvers, innovators, and risk-takers who dare to dream big and act on those dreams. Their superpower? Turning ambitious ideas into tangible solutions that impact industries, societies, and the world.

Embarking on the journey of entrepreneurship is a bold and challenging pursuit—it requires grit, resilience, and an unwavering belief in a better tomorrow. The journey is filled with uncertainty, challenges, and moments of triumph. And yet, these founders remain steadfast, maintaining laser-focus on their mission.

This year, we celebrate the heroes of our 8th TAQADAM cohort25 startups from 11 countries, spanning 14 industries. Each founder brings a unique story of perseverance and courage, driving innovation across sectors and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Today, they step onto the global Showcase stage, ready to present their ventures to investors and an international audience. This is where startup heroes reveal the products, services, and technologies they’ve worked tirelessly to create—ventures designed to leave a lasting impact on Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Welcome to the TAQADAM 8th Startup Showcase, where the true heroes of entrepreneurship inspire us with their passion and vision.

    General Best Practices & Tips

    Pitching:
    • Focus on the important highlights.
    • Be concise, clear, and direct.

    Dress Code: Smart Casual
To respect the local culture, and considering the event's live stream and public nature, attire must be modest; tops must have a high neckline, 3⁄4 or long sleeves, and midi or maxi length for dresses, skirts, or trousers.
Tip: Do not take risks by wearing new dress shoes or heels without getting comfortable in it first, and expect standing for hours. Dress up comfortably so you can enjoy the event.

    Startup Lounge:
    • From 5:30 PM, be in the startup lounge.
    • TAQADAM Team will guide you to where to go when it’s your turn to pitch.
    • Return to the startup lounge when you are done.
    • TAQADAM team will guide you on when to go to the auditorium and where to be seated for the final announcements.

    Exhibition:
    • At least one team member should be stationed in front of the booth, from 5:30 – 6:45 PM and 9 - 10 PM.
    • Booths will have no electricity or chairs, be comfortable and charge all your devices beforehand.
    • Keep your bags and personal belongings in the startup lounge, but store everything inside your bag; don’t keep them scattered to prevent items from getting lost or misplaced.
    • Guide any interested crowd to your linktree, and have a collection from there to help you gather their contact details.
    • Double-check that you have all your belongings before leaving, especially devices, gadgets, and chargers,
    • If an investor/partner approaches you and wants to meet during the exhibition, it’s recommended that only one founder meet them and the 2nd founder remain at the exhibition unless the hall is empty.
